A fan favorite, Will Leer has established himself as an  important figure in USA running.  A two-time USA Champion and winner of the prestigious Wanamaker Mile, Leer’s blazing  3:51.82 mile personal best is a threat in any global competition.

Moreover, Leer’s history as an outspoken but eloquent advocate for athlete rights has earned him a reputation as an influential voice in track and field.  Media personnel and fellow pro runners alike consult Leer for his thoughts on the state of American running.  Deadspin calls Leer “a pretty cerebral guy with a strong moral compass.”  Leer is currently a leader of USA Track & Field’s Athletes Advisory Committee.
